Location was great! A quick ten minute walk to the Main Street in Echoland with all the restaurants. You can pick up the shuttle at Spicy Rentals right down the street. Room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very accommodating, helpful and super friendly!

Good location walking to echo land food and shuttle bus stops. The staff are what make Heidihof shine! So communicative before we arrived, super helpful with sending our luggage and gave us a ride to bus terminal when all the taxis were full! Easy shuttles to resorts

Staff amazing, location was amazing. Close to free shuttle buses to various mountains plus round the corner from echoland main strip. Thank you for picking us up/dropping us off during departure and arrival to hakuba!

Okay hotel. Getting to and from the ski resorts is hard unless you want to catch the shuttles.

Rooms and staff are good. It is a bit old and crusty.

This place would really benefit their guests with a free shuttle to and from the resorts.
