Room is huge by Japanese standards Bed is very comfortable Lots of little extra carefully planned details and amenities Buffet food available all day Staff very nice and helpful Off quiet street but near Tenjin and Nakasu

The best part about this hotel is the free all day dining food! It tastes really good we even skipped some of the meals to come back and eat at the hotel! Menu varies throughout the day and the bread options was so delicious! Highly recommend for people who don’t mind having to explore local food for every meal.

So much to like about this hotel. Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a king room Beds were very comfy, room size was big bathroom was amazing and super super clean. Very quiet. Buffet was a great surprise. All day and food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location with a lot of restaurants and shops close by. Il Palazo features not only an excellent breakfast but an excellent buffet all afternoon and evening with fresh, delicious dishes arriving throughout the day. The food was so good we ate mostly in the hotel except when we met friends for dinner. The Il Palazo is in the Canal Zone which is a nice area to walk around and shop. The staff members are very helpful and multilingual--particularly fluent in English.

The security staffs (all of the Sri Lankan staffs) were amazing. They are the reason why Hotel Il Palazzo will become a fantastic choice. Their friendliness, their willingness to help, their smiles and the ability to go above and beyond their jobs make the stay an= unforgettable one.
