The host is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean. And the outdoor onsen is superb.
The location was excellent, a few steps from the main street in Echoland. The facility was clean, warm and very quiet. Mostly, Taka-san, the owner was most enjoyable and very helpful letting us know the mountain and ski status daily, how to get the most efficient shuttles to and from the ski resorts, and arranging any transportation to and from bus and train stations. Very friendly and made our stay quite enjoyable.

Great location and well sized rooms. The private onsen is really nice feature. The price is good compared to other properties in the area. The rooms are bit dated but they are clean and bed was comfortable.
Amazing onsen, incredibly friendly staff, great transportation to and from the bus station. Perfect location. Takao and his wife are great. You have to schedule breakfast every day you want it and specify the time.
