The breakfast in the hotel is excellent and everything is quite good, but for some reason there were no bags of tea and coffee in the room. although there were cups and a kettle
The onsen was great. Not too busy and multiple pools to try! Breakfast was also good, large buffet with lots of options.
Good location, walking distance to Susukino. On site onsen was awesome. Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of delicious options.
Courteous staff, quick service! Rooms were spotlessly clean as expected (and well heated in winter), and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options (meat, salads, eggs, noodles, rice, bread, natto, milk/juices)
This was a great hotel. The staff was amazing. They allowed me to store my bags before my check-in time and put them in my room before I checked in. The staff also gave me great suggestions for places to see and to eat the local fare. The public bath was a great way to relax after sightseeing.
