Helpful staff. They were actively helped us reserve the spots in the dining places, and find information in traveling places.
Location was perfect, many highlight close like walking distance. Staffs super nice, their service mind are fantastic.
Mostly everything here was very amazing. The rooms were spacious and wonderful decorated. The rooms include a window to look outside and the led lights were nice. Lobby was very clean with staff that knew english.
The property has its home-like surroundings. It’s quiet and seems far away from the busy downtown, but it’s not. If not for the slippery, snowy roads, we would have enjoyed the walk from this hotel to downtown. The place is clean and has everything you need personally. The Staff we encountered were mostly polite and kind. Some can’t speak English, but body language shows kindness and respect.
Room and bathroom was spacious for 3 guests. Relatively modern bathroom.
