The location was great and we loved the book theme.
Great value for the money, very clean and comfortable beds, clean showers. Rooms were tastefully decorated, very modern and new hotel. Rooms were quite large for Japanese standards.
Rooms are small (which is common) but because the layout was thoughtfully designed and furnished it felt very comfortable
Excellent location within walking distance to many bars/restaurants, shopping and train lines to all attractions and airport. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Staff friendly and professional.
Clean rooms, large bathroom and very comfortable beds. We were told room service was every 3 days, but they still left fresh towels outside the room each day.
