I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve stayed at the property. Good price, great service and all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Would recommend it to anyone looking up hotels in the Omiya area!

Big shopping mall in ~10min walk

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Facilities were great - there's even a microwave on first floor as well as free coffee and tea, and they provide free bath bombs to use. There's also free shuttle service to and from Omiya station on workdays, which were helpful. Room was also clean and not overly cramped.
