A basic hotel, just what we needed for our short stay in Tokyo.
Lack of meal service was a challenge - we eventually bought ingredients for our own breakfast.
Staff were extremely helpful: took our luggage up to our room even before we checked in properly; sent off one suitcase by Yamato-bin, with no trouble.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff don’t really speak English but they are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location for the train and bus systems with lots of good options to eat and other needs.
