The room is clean and the facilities are good. They provide shared microwave, which is very helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! They tried their best to communicate with me and help me to find my way to the place where i am going. Thank you!

A basic hotel, just what we needed for our short stay in Tokyo. Lack of meal service was a challenge - we eventually bought ingredients for our own breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful: took our luggage up to our room even before we checked in properly; sent off one suitcase by Yamato-bin, with no trouble.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff don’t really speak English but they are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location for the train and bus systems with lots of good options to eat and other needs.

Room was clean. Small but tidy and comfortable. Location was convenient for train but if you open the window you can hear the train at night. All in all, great accommodation with a fee good food options down stairs. Especially the Ramen directly under the hotel.
