1. It’s in a good location! Only a 10ish minute walk away from Saitama-Shitoshin Station, and lots to do/eat nearby.

4. The hotel itself is quite pretty! The room was clean and comfortable, and the window had a nice view of the city.
Like the location and peacefulness in this area. Reasonable price of the Mark Twin Room bundled with free parking, if you are driving.
