Incase if this review reaches the hotel staff, I would like to highlight one of their front office staff named Mr. Mohammad. He was very good in his work and went beyond his regular duties by calling some tourist sites to inquire if they were open or not. Really appreciate this guy :)
24 staff presence, easy check in, quiet location, friendly staff.
The hotel is comfortable and very close to the old city. It has a single room.
Breakfast was great, location was great, rooms were good.
Great location - 15m walk from Mozart plaza (center of old Salzburg, all main tourist attractions). 3m walk from grocery store. Staff were very helpful - let me into room early as I was very jetlagged.
