The hotel was very nice , clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good , just in the room towels were very rough and you couldn't use them cause it can scratch your skin , just for that I am disappointed
Very friendly staff, good room size and balcony,, nice bathroom, great breakfast and lots of variety
The hotel is in the north edge of Ksamil but since the town is small the location is great. The room is clean and the bed is extremely comfortable and soft. At the beginning there was no hot water in the shower (just warm) and the lady at the reception was really kind and took care of it quickly (the hot water came back fast).
Really clean and modern hotel with friendly stuff. Definitely the best one we stayed in during our trip in Albania.
Lori was so helpful and sweet. She helped us almost every day with our activities and is super kind. Also recommended us restaurants and places which were really good. The owner is also very kind.
