Everything. Views, apartment, breakfast was fantastic (make your own eggs, fruit, bread etc..), service.
Good variety provided allowing for mixing/matching preferred breakfast.
Fantastic views of inlet. Beautiful building exterior as well as interior.
Excellent English language spoken by staff. Monica (manager/owner?) was warm and friendly and made me feel right at home.
Firstly the staff esp Kathy very resourceful and always available
The views of the water from the bedrooms were fantastic and reminded me of Switzerland
Amenities were great. Nothing was lacking
Staff were friendly and helpful, felt like we came home. Apartment was very nice, spacious, clean and all you need was there. Breakfast delivery to the apt was very convenient.
View from the room & balconies is breathtaking.
Beds are big and comfortable, (best sleep in weeks also because of the quietness).
Location of the hotel is very good; we enjoyed of the peace and fresh air.
Best experience in South-America so far!

We'll definitely come again to this hotel and Ushuaia, from almost the northpole where we permanently live.
