The receptionist assisted me in booking a sleeper bus ticket back to Hanoi, which was very convenient as it included a restroom onboard. If you need help with anything, feel free to ask the receptionist, he’ll be more than happy to assist you.

The warm hospitality here truly touched me. The staff was incredibly helpful, and even in the absence of the host, they worked with great dedication and were always ready to assist whenever I needed.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was good! The location, a walking distance to the city proper, and Moana cafe is just a minute walk away.

I stayed here for 1 night, which was quite short because I decided to extend my stay by 2 more days. The fresh air and enthusiastic staff kept me here. They advised me on day tours and offered many options to choose from. They genuinely wanted to help me find the right tour rather than just trying to sell one.
