The location, very close to the Night Market, the old town and the waterfront. The peaceful environment was very calming and restful - an oasis from the rush and bustle close by. It was great to come back from the crowds to such a perfect atmosphere. The room was the most spacious of all the hotel rooms I stayed in Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City. Very comfortable - and the bed was huge! Lots of added amenities like the free evening boat ride, the food tasting, and the pool was huge!
Very nice view of the river, big swimming pool, nice and big garden, free additional services like local food tasting in the afternoon and the free boat ride along the river on top of being in walking distance from the old town.
Everything was perfect the only thing which was a bit of a discomfort was the fact that the rooms were not connected.
It was gorgeous! All the people who work there are absolutely lovely. We loved our room with it’s little balcony overlooking the lawn. Everyday they serve free, local style, Vietnamese hors d’oeuvres at 4:00 pm on the main lawn. With live entertainment. We met so many new friends here. The breakfasts were delicious. And soooo many choices !
