The staff were great - very helpful. If the fellow at the desk needed help answering our questions, he would get his sister from their hotel across the street. Her English is excellent and she is very knowledgeable about the various options of things to do on Cat Ba and will offer suggestions and book things for you. We rented a motorbike from them to go to the National Park, and Zieu booked a boat trip for us. They will keep luggage at the Hotel if you don't want to take it on the overnight boat trip. Lovely family. Very friendly and helpful.
