Incredible staff, very helpful, they go above and beyond! Perfect location and a very good breakfast variety!
Incredibly surprised how clean, peaceful and lovely the hotel was.
Can highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious and nice. Everything including the bathroom was very clean. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Breakfast was also very good and the patio where you can have it is very beautiful.
The hotel is located in a very nice spot in Panajachel. The pool area is lovely and the room has a good size. The food is lovely, I had dinner and it was nice, breakfast too.
Exceptionally friendly staff. The lady at the reception when we arrived late in the evening made an effort to speak slowly and clearly as our Spanish is very basic. We got two extra blankets because it was a cold night and in general she did her best to make us feel comfortable.
