Excellent. It would have been nice to some different hot options every day. It was basically just eggs every day.
I really can´t find anything to complain.
The Pfälzer Hof is an oldschool but well kept hotel. It is located in an industrial area near the port which makes the surroundings less nice than a hotel in the city. But if you just need a place to work as a base for trips or visits, it is great.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was small but we didn´t miss anything. There were fresh and ripe fruit everyday, a muesli station, jam, eggs, bread, veggies, juices, coffee etc. I asked for soy yoghurt and oat milk for breakfast and they were happy to provide me with both.
If I had to complain about something, it would be that the restaurant was closed during our stay due to their summer holiday, so we had to drive into Braunschweig to get dinner, but that really isn´t the hotels fault.
I would definitely stay here again :)
Wonderful hotel. Reasonably priced. Very clean. Easy and close parking. Staff is very friendly and took care of anything we needed. The hotel is within walking distance to my cousin's house, so the location was perfect. Had a lovely breakfast every morning which was delicious. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to visit my cousin. Thank you for a lovely stay.
