Great location, everything in very good shape, with a generous terrace, ideal place for late breakfast. Close to the beach, not far from the city center, parking space available on the street even is not reserved. Very good for a larger group of 6 adults and one child, se have plenty of rooms and the 2 bathrooms are wise choice. We were for the second time in Neos Marmaras and this time was definitely much better as the beach is perfect on this part of the town (compared to Paradisos).

Everything was amazing! Very clean, renovated, modern, with all the amenities you'll need and amazing view! We were 6 people but the apartment has the bed capacity for 8 people. The outside shower is with frosted glass, so you won't have to worry about taking a shower there. Lastly, the hidden lighting in every room was a nice touch!

What a nice surprise! The location is close to everything, beach, shops and restaurants. But still in a quiet area. The surprise is coming from the apartment interior. Brand new modern furniture, very well equipped, nice lighting system and probably the most beautiful terrace with a view to the beach from Neos Marmaras. We’ve been there 7 persons but never had the feeling of overcrowded space.

We have a great vacation at this apartment. Everything is better than the picture! Beautiful balcony , nice and comfortable bed.
