The room was comfortable. The lady who ran the hotel was excellent; service with a lovely smile. Also liked the lounge area with pool table, backgammon, etc. Buffet breakfast and dinner were enjoyable.
Nice place to stay, warm home environment. Very friendly and lovely staff. Breakfast and dinner were great, so yummy!
Location is excellent near from market and restaurants , staff are amazing and so polite

Staff are so friendly helped us to go to new Gudauri and recommended us a driver was so good too
ski lift was near the hotel in 300 metres and marketd and restaurants were in 100 metred and staff was good
We liked the hospitality, cleanliness, great Banya (sauna), food and hearty great service! We felt at home and it made the experience incredible.
