Location and staff (Ms Teon at the reception was very helpful)
I chose the Marco Blue Hotel to celebrate my first wedding anniversary. The hotel was absolutely amazing. They welcomed us very warmly and gave us complimentary cakes to celebrate. The hotel facilities were great, such as the pool, jacuzzi, and hotel restaurant. Their food is very delicious. I highly recommend and trust them. I will be back later for my second wedding anniversary.🌹♥️
We visited in May 2025 and checked in around 11:40 AM. Despite arriving early, the receptionist lady welcomed us with a warm smile and even upgraded our room. Giorgy gave us a helpful overview of the hotel and ski facilities, along with great recommendations on must-visit places in Georgia. Pacho at the restaurant was incredibly friendly and professional. We came from Dubai and will definitely return — the team truly made us feel welcome!
We stayed 2 nights here. Everything is great. Wonderful services. They gave us a complimentary snack and a lot of bottle waters on the second night.
Room is clean and warm.
There're many entertainments provided with extra charge, but it's great to have it in snowing day which we cannot go out.
Also, It's very nice outside with snow covering.
Breakfast is very good on the first day. We got smoke salmon in buffet line which my family really liked it, but it was not served on the next day. Just an international buffet line
Location is closed to ski lift, but not gondola lift.
There's a ski exit which direct to ski lift in 1 minute.
Also, walkable to supermarket and shops in 5 minuted down to the road.
Staff named Gorge is nice, welcome and helpful.
