everything , the staff are so friendly, location is excellent, clean and vibrant
The size of the resort was great and it did not feel crowded. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
We loved the location and layout of the pools, the access to the beach, and the variety of restaurants and bars. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with places to lay out luggage and a great use of space. The rooms with outdoor beds surrounding the pools looked particularly enticing. The spa was gorgeous, and the services there were top-notch. The staff were universally friendly and accommodating. The preferred beach and pool were quieter and much more relaxed than the main pool and beach, where music was constantly playing loudly. If you do not want a "party" atmosphere, I'd recommend upgrading to preferred.
Beautiful, convenient and had everything we needed! Pools, food choices, Beach party, dance lessons, yoga- perfect.
