Clean, but they need to fix some cosmetic things in the rooms and bathrooms.
The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished. The balcony had beautiful ocean views. There was another balcony off the bedroom. The beach area was close and the beach itself was perfect.
The facility is great, ocean view! The staff is amazing and helpful. Lots of restaurant around it. All very clean.
The location was perfect, in a quiet area, just by the beach. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, with decent wifi and good tv options. I was traveling with a colleague, so I appreciated the intimacy our separated bathrooms provided. Breakfast on the beach was nice.
Location was spectacular on Las Ballenas although road noise and loud music surround the location (not bad in the unit but the surrounding area). Cleanliness was good, shower small but lots of hot water, large space and great view. Close to a couple of good restaurants in particular Playa 18. Sesame chicken at the next door restaurant Eden was spectacular.
