exepcional I have been to this particular hotel approximately 10 times in the last 15 years. I have never experienced or have been more disappointed in the quality of the service I received in my last two visits. I had visited majestic colonial this past July and wanted to give it a second chance this time around. I was very disappointed that the same poor quality of service was again offered. This hotel has been one of my favorites for a long time. In my previous times, this is where I always found a friendly face and a positive atmosphere. Unfortunately, I can’t say that any more. Some staff displayed a lack of experience in hospitality and an upmost disregard for guests. While in the hotel, i also came across other guests who shared the opinion. I hope that management can improve these flaws and take our opinions into consideration. Things chat can be improved are as follow: 1- The hiring and training or more qualified staff. 2- Critical renovation of rooms. 3-varieties of entertainment after 11pm. 4- The main buffet being closed during lunch hour, forced to eat at the beach restaurant. 5- Running out of food ( chicke, steak etc) at the beach restaurant by 1:30pm. Very sad!!! 6- More c creativity, with entertainment..

Majestic Colonial is a real gem. This is our second time staying at this spectacular resort. The people there make you feel welcomed and the service is great. Many food & drink options to choose. We will be back for sure. Many food and drink options available. Everything was delicious. Rooms were cleaned and the a/c was cold. All staff is welcoming and friendly. That we had to leave.

Everything was exellent. The staff was awesome.. Great food The beds were clean and confortable.. The hotel was clean.. Perfect service. I love everything

Hotel was always clean. Room didn't get cleaned for a few days because we had the do not disturb sign hanging outside, but we did remove it and came back after the day and requested cleaning at about 6pm. They said they'd be right there. Went to dinner and came back at 10pm and nothing done. Called again and they said we'll send someone right over, nothing until I talked to one of the cleaners the next day. The buffet food was just that. I had better at other resorts in Punta Cana. Room service failed to even show up on five different occasions (dinner, room cleaning, pick up our luggage to depart).

We loved the service and an extremely friendly staff (including the cleaning service). Very nice food, amenities, beaches, pool...Shortly we were super satisfied.
