The staff is amazing, friendly, kind. They are always making sure to go above and beyond
Older property but very well kept. Was concerned about the sargassum this year however, the staff did an amazing job of cleaning it up every morning so that guests could enjoy the beach and swim.
All the facilities are great, the hotel is not new but it is well kept.
The chef Luigi made us a Sancocho in our last day. This was an extraordinary customer focus

I travel with my baby 11months and my son 7years old.
The resort was very good with samll children. The water was filtres and they helped me a lot with bottle water so i can wash the baby bottle.
Ala carte restaurant was on the top especially the jappanese, they have a lot pf organization in the evening.
I want to mention that all the waiter in the beches was very friendly and asking all the team if you need something to eat. The food was on top, even our hotel was sold out you never feel that is crowded.
