Think you cannot wish more than it is stuff is amazing. Everything is absolutely outstanding.
It’s nice property at the right location. I travelled from Delhi to Varanasi, feel much relaxed while standing under shower. Water is so good and refreshing.
Really nice hotel and nice rooms. Breakfast is very good. Probably one of the nicest hotels to stay in the area. Gym is pretty good too.
Everything went well. The welcome was great, the food was great (they accommodated dietary restrictions), the rooms were clean with all the luxury amenities. They gave us rooms near each other and also helped make the birthday celebration for my mom very special.
The staff at reception .. I guess his name is Sandeep Anand . Very supportive . We had to cancel the next day booking due to accident of a family member in Kanpur . We left in night at 2 am . He cooperated to full extent in giving cash refund and ensuring hassle free check out .
