Felt very authentic yet still homey. Our cottage was on the edge of the jungle - we could hear the monkeys in the trees and there were crocodiles in the lake behind us.

Our stay at Khem Villas was amazing! We had the family room and it was great for us and the other couple we were traveling with as we each had identical large rooms with really large and awesome bathrooms and balconies. We also had a small sitting area where we could gather or wait for each other. The food was really great and even though we aren't vegetarian none of us missed meat during our stay and we ate and drank everything with no issues whatsoever. The staff were so attentive and helpful...we never had a time that we needed something that someone wasn't right there to help us. We had a walk with the naturalist on staff around the grounds and that was really cool. Our safaris were great and we saw three tigers. It was a great stay!!

Everything. Beautiful property bordering the park. Our cottage was perfect. The food was fabulous and the staff friendly and helpful. If you have an early safari they pack a breakfast togo and provide warm blankets. The property itself has extensive gardens and there are 2 naturalists available to provide an informative tour of the flira and fauna, including seeing the crocodiles in the pond!!

Khem Villas was definitely better than expected! With super-comfortable tents, cottages, and a few suites, it felt like a luxury jungle camp, and no wonder - it's located adjacent to one of Rathambore's best zones! (In fact, animals wander onto the grounds at night...) The staff was wonderful, and the resident zoologists were a great bonus. And, the veg food (for this meat eater) was just amazing! Everything was delicious! We would definitely stay again, and we'll recommend it to others.
