The staff was very courteous and made sure they were always helping us with a smile. Our room was very clean. We had a great time staying at Zana.
We were visiting from the US and with extended family. The property is very nice for that as there were lots of spaces to gather. The rooms and grounds are beautiful. The lobby and restaurant are a little sparse. They have a kids room with an air hockey table and bowling.
The food was excellent- they had a different menu everyday and very accommodating to all requests
This is a beautiful property right in the heart of Ranthambore city . Ours was a last minute plan and could not have wished for a better resort. Check-in was rather effortless , we were welcomed with complimentary snacks and beverages after a long drive from gurgaon . Staff was courteous and very diligent , we were upgraded to a cottage which was very well designed. Breakfast was of good quality with lots of variety to choose from, dinner too was sumptuous and well priced. We would love to go back to this property whenever we go back .
Comfort, the service available at all times, and good food inside the property
Staff are incredible, super accommodating and really large rooms! Rajesh especially was really mindful and helpful! The property and service was well worth the money
