Good location and friendly staff
Rooms were very clean
The hotel was central. Room was large and clean. Breakfast Buffet was vegetarian and had a good range of dishes and fruit

Clean linen & room.
Great customer service - from the guards to the bellboy to the receptionist. A few exceptional experience:
1. Guards helped to flag down auto & explain our destination with the auto driver
2. We ordered from Zomato & hotel provided cutleries when requested.
3. After check out, we left our luggage at the reception & said we help to check bag weights. We came back that evening to fully labeled bags(with baggage weight)! This was really helpful!
Room was quite nice, there was a living area with sofa and all for the visitors. Breakfast was OK-ish but the staff were extra nice. Courteous and professional. Room service was also prompt and very nice. Housekeeping is excellent. They make sure you are perfectly happy with your requirements. Front desk was very supportive. I had an early morning check out and when asked they said they will be ready round the clock. Overall, i would choose this hotel a second time too.
Also, not to forget : its in the heart of the city, walkable distance to Railway station and Bus Stand - which is an additional bonus.
