friendly staff. Clean. comfy bed. breakfasts/restaurant were good.
Mascot Hotel has an old world charm and offers an amazing green campus environment bang in the middle of the city. Rooms are big and spacious, unlike most modern hotels that are very compact. It's one of the very few city hotels where you can actually open the windows are enjoy the natural view outside. (I went during rains, and it was perfect. Don't recommend for summers) It's clean, neat and well maintained for a state run hotel.
The people are lovely, genuinely warm and hospitable like hosts at a home; not too business-like or professionally trained - which I love, but may not be to everyone's liking. However, they were efficient, but not pampering. They quickly attended to all requests and services availed.
Breakfast was good.
Appreciate the Government for it's proper maintanence.
Parking space is sufficient.
Excellent location and great staff. Good choice of buffet or main menu.
