Staff were friendly and helpful, location is convenient for shopping, restaurants and coffee shops where Indonesia Plaza is walking distance from inside hotel also Grand Indonesia shopping is minutes walk.

I love the breakfast, so many choices, my kids love the sausage and I like the pretzel croissant. I don't think I could find other store inovating pretzel croissant. I am thinking if I stay there again would I find it again in the buffet menu? As for the room, I booked the family room, it can fit 2Adult and 3 children and quite spacious even with the sofabed. As for the bathroom the floor is bit slippery in the bathroom, but they already prepared some floor mat so you should use it.

Ambiance & location are excellent. But friendliness and efficiency of all staff are fantastic.
