Very friendly and helpful reception staff . Yet, they need more staff there since there is a long queue most of the times

The staff are very friendly and keep the area very clean and helpful for any requests.

The FOOD! So good, so much variety and available literally all day! Best all inclusive food I had. Staff was friendly, specially the cleaning ladies in the restaurant, reception staff and animation team. I liked that every time we passed by them, they would look us in the eye and say hello. The disco kids is a hit! I was also positive surprised by how clean it was everywhere and how dedicated and professional the cleaning stff at the restaurant were.

It GREAT location, about 150 yards from The Dunes! Loved the atmosphere, staff and near many restaurants! Hotel restaurant was very clean, food was delicious, lots to choose from in different options every night.

Loved the room with jacuzzi was so nice to escape the main pool and chill
