A great stay. Probably one of the best in Playa del Ingles. Superb location including oasis-like surroundings and proximity to the beach. Delightful staff from check-in through to entertainment and room servicing.
Lovely, peaceful property with easy access to the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well-done, and we upgraded to half-board after seeing how touristy our restaurant options off property tended to be. The staff was very friendly and responsive.
The staff was very accommodating and child friendly - joked with the kids and made them/ us feel very welcome. Many different activities, aqua gym, pilates, stretching, kids club, mini disco and many more, to complement the stay. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner.
The hotel is small but lovely, very green with lots of flowers, plants and palms so it does reflect its name- tropical! The staff is nice and welcoming. Our room was cleaned everyday so massive thank you to the chambermaid! The pool is nice and heated. The location is good, next to the bust stop and 5 min walk from the Playa del ingles and other beaches. There are some shops and restaurants around. it takes only 25 min by taxi from the airport to the hotel and costs about 35 Euros. You can take buses number 33 or 39 to go to Puerto Rico or Mogan or Amadores beach which is nice for about 3.10 euros one way depends on the destination.
The hotel is very well located next to bus stations, beach and shops. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful and so are the rest of the meals. Very good drinks at very reasonable prices. The staff always smiling and doing their best to make you feel excellent. Also the hotel and the amenities are very clean and the garden is simply magnificent.
