The room was beautiful and the hostel was quiet at night. It’s in a great location to explore historic Cuenca. The staff were friendly and the facilities far exceeded our expectations for the low price we paid!

The room was excellent. More hotel than hostel. The staff were great and helpful with recommendations. Overall very good.
Rooms have a good size and the spaces were very clean. Having breakfast included was definitely a plus. Staff is very nice and helpful - when we arrived people were using all the beds in the room and staff quickly helped us.
The place was perfect! The hostel is located in a beautiful spot with a view out to the river, with easy access to both the modern and medieval parts of the city. The hostel is quaint and rubber-duck-themed, which was very cute! There were lock-boxes under the beds (locks not included) that I utilized to store my stuff while going out on walks. A keypad at the door made it easy to enter and exit at will. There are individual locking stalls for both showers and toilets. Rooms have 6 beds with individual outlets and shelves for charging electronics. Best hostel I've stayed in!
