The room was so spacious and quiet, private and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very big and so well stocked. The open shower was great and so relaxing to have a spa like setup!
I liked the private bathroom for the bedroom. It was a comfortable size room for what we needed, which was a one day trip.
The rooms are excellent, full blackout blinds, large king bed, nice bathroom, small fridge, safe, very secure, all you need for a very nice stay. The location is great, 5 min. walk to Prado Museum right in front of the Ritz Hotel. There is no large sign but a plaque on the wall of the building so make sure you look for it or you won't find it.
Friendly staff, comfortable clean room. Great location in the center of Madrid
Location to art museums is excellent! Staff was friendly. Luggage locker was very helpful. Security of building and room seemed good. Quiet at night.
