Excellent everything clean and neat! Great location!
Best location, best staff and have elevator access. Most of the sightseeing places are within 1 Km radius. Ms Paola is very kind and excellent service provider though she can't speak in English. I'll love to stay there again.
Amazing location. Friendly and helpful staff (limited English, but Google Translate worked great). They hold luggage after checkout (1€/bag).
location is great. just next to Gran Via.. Also the room was good, clean . washroom was also clean .
The resection team is wonderful and very helpful made it feel very welcoming.
