The location is just great, close to everywhere, really worh the price at all! The lady was very kind to us as the explained how to enter at anytime since the main door closed at 4pm. Cozy facilities and clean, the room was small but comfortable. I definitely would come back!

It is in a nice location just inside the famous walls of Avila. It is a friendly and efficient family-run hotel. The only drawback is the lack of secure parking for a motorbike, but this can be overcome.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is! The service was fantastic! The room was wonderfully clean every day! The location was amazing! We had a problem with the shower the very first night and it was fixed so quickly!

I ended up staying in the sister hotel across the road from Arco San Vicente the Sofraga Palacio due to a mix up in my booking The Sofraga is a lovely period hotel classically furnished and great rooms The restaurant was great for drinks with a deal on with free tapas not to be turned down Breakfast was equally delicious with plenty to choose from I can’t fault the hotel Sofraga the outside cafe is equally great serving food and drink for guests or non guest Lovely walk in shower and spacious bathroom too like the bedroom
