The room was exceptionally clean, the amenities were very nice, and the staff was extremely helpful and nice! I appreciated the small espresso machine inside the room and little snacks that were provided. The lighting options in the room were also very nice. The air conditioning was very quiet and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature while also being very intuitive to figure out.
The property was very well located as it was only 5min away from a tram stop going directly to the edge of the Town Centre in only 15min and with very frequent trams. The room was absolutely clean and spacious.
The Lady who welcomed us and showed us the room was very politic and courteous . She was a great host and was kind enough to guide us how to travel in Florence.
The room was clean and new, the owner was very kind. There was a big tv, a big balcony and a clean bathroom
The room is so clean, the host is so kind & responsive and the location is very close to tram 15 minutes to the city center.
