Loved the view, loved the location, loved the kitchen and windows. Very thankful there were fans. Host was wonderful and helpful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Everything nicely updated!

Very moody apartment (in historical tenement house) in the heart of old Perugia. Great city view, just open the window! It's very close to almost any interesting place in Perugia from there - this is good for anyone who wants to move a bit around the city. Apartment is nice, clean, has everything you need to prepare meal, get refresh and so on. Sussana (host) was waiting for us with the keys. She explained a lot about near places in the city (where to eat, where to go, and so on) and she assured us we can always ask her for the help.

We recently stayed here and it was perfect. The host is very nice and friendly, she provided us with the necessary information. The apartment is large and very beautiful, and the view from the window is worth all the money. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. It is centrally located, close to all the monuments/museums and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Perugia.

Everything was perfect. The view, the hospitality and the location were everything you could ask for. A good sized apartment with lots of amenities. It was easy to get in touch with the owner if we needed anything. We walked up from the train station so look for the mini metro instead. The hills are relentless! But the view at the top is worth it.
