The location was perfect, the room was beautiful with a view of the duomo and best yet were the hosts. Upon arrival, we had a glass of prosecco, reviewed a personalized map of city recommendations and a top ten gelato list. We were directed to excellent restaurants and walking tours and always returned to a welcoming and wonderful room to relax, shower and enjoy Florence. Great room design, spacious, perfect amenities. The hotel is a hidden gem for sure and I would absolutely stay here again!

Location. Location, decor, and the staff was amazing, attentive with perfect recommendations and follow-up. Breakfast was very good and service very attentive.

The accommodation is very cozy, everything is well taken care of and thoughtfully arranged. Anetta is extremely attentive, and the breakfast served is delicious, complete, and makes you feel right at home.

The room was large and nicely decorated. We were unable to take advantage of the included breakfast in the morning due to having to catch an early train, so the hotel staff brought us a large tray of pastries and fruit the night before for us to have in the morning. They also arranged our taxi pick up in the morning and were very helpful and attentive overall.
