The host was very nice, the room was clean and facilities was very good.
The four of us spent four great days here, and I chose accommodation in Modena for our tour. Great location and nice house. The city centre is 15 minutes walk away. The parking is secure, next to the building (a huge advantage in Italy). Perfect cleanliness, good quality thick towels, as much as you need. Matteo is an excellent host, kind, flexible and quick to communicate. The host also provided us with breakfast and plenty of capsules for the coffeemachine. We had a great time and would recommend it to everyone.

Apartment perfectly equipped, furbished and kept, all clean.
Fantastic apt, comfortable, super clean and very well equipped, with breakfast filled with options. Host deserves 11, he is very kind and helpful. Apt has a parking spot in front of the building, and the building itself is in a quite residential area looking at the park. Next time in Modena, we are staying here. Excellent value for money!
