The host always carefully contacted me. The room was really clean and beautiful, and the cleaning was great. The furniture and electronics were enough for life. To get here from Bri Central station, the bus may be useful, but we could walk here in about 20 min.

Spaceous and well equipped apartment, very clean, complementary coffe, rea, water, snacks, free parking in front, good WiFi, and super-kind host.
-The room was very clean and got all the things you need (Air conditioner, WiFi, Oven etc.)
-Cleaning is done everyday after 10 AM.
-Towels & bedsheets changed every 3 days.
- The location is relatively close to the central station Bari Centrale (like 20 min walk) where You can get the train or the bus to all the nearby cities with ease (Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobero etc)
- You can find every day some fresh snaks, coffe, milk, juice and water
- The guest, Hugo, is very kind and polite, we met on the last evening before we left.
The room was big enough to fit the four of us (me and my wife, 4 y/o son, 2 y/o daughter. There was a small portable crib where she slept, and it was still big enough to be comfortable, not a lot of spare room, though.
The kitchen had two small tables where we had dinner and breakfast, the food we had for breakfast was plenty enough.
