Le personnel était très à l’écoute et très sympathique. La proximité avec le centre de Florence est idéal. Le parking inclus avec l’hôtel est indispensable.

C'est très bien localisé, à côté des agences de location de voiture, d'un grand parking, et de la gare de Florence. Il est à la limite de la zone de circulation restreinte, donc pas de soucis pour y arriver en voiture. Il y a des options pour prendre un petit déjeuner à moins d'un minute de marche.

Whilst the room was a little on the bland side, the location was superb and we would definately recommend it. It was around the corner from the river, the gorgeous streets, museums, arts and restaurants. It was great.

The location is very good, the room was clean, big comfortable bed and a private bathroom, also a desk for someone who could work remotely.

The location was very good. We could walk in the center, like duomo Florence, just 10 minutes. We could reach other places by bus for 10 minutes. The bus is 2 minutes from the hotel. The host was friendly. We were earlier as the check in time, but we could drop there our luggage and at 11 Am our room was ready. The room was very good, with air conditioning for the hot summer days in Italy. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. We had every day clean towels. So everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Borgo.
