Amazing location, clean property and welcoming staff.
Location was perfect room was spacious for our family of 4. LOVED the roof terrace and library, gave the family different spots to hang out when back in the room. The only thing is that room was as cool as I would have liked. Staff gave us a fan and it was great. Our family stayed in another room and their air was good.
Fabulous location on a busy street, a little noisy at night. Big room for our family of 4 with plenty of room for suitcases. Very happy with our stay here in Florence.
