It is an excellent place to rest, excellent bathroom, good Italian breakfast and an owner very concerned with the tourist. We feel hear in family.
Good location when it comes to get to/from Perugia airport. Easy parking and plenty of space around. The host was very nice and helpful. No problems with anything. We only spent a few hours there so I can't say anything more. You just have to take into account that you live with the owner (in a separate room) but in his apartment. Recommended.
Massimo is a great Host. Available for everything a guest might need, well mannered, interesting to talk to, super friendly. The room has everything as described.
This might just be the best value for money stay you’ll get. The host is a really nice man who will do everything possible to make sure your visit to Perugia is enjoyable and that you find your way around. My wife and I were in Perugia for the jazz festival and it was important we could get to the event and back without problems and our host went out of his way to make that happen. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable.
The room had all you need, big clean and comfy. What made a wonderful stay was the welcome of Massimo, he was really nice and helpfull. He really made the difference.
