Diego, the owner, was a highlight for me, he’s such a sweetheart. He’s very helpful, makes your stay very comfortable, and goes the extra mile for all guests.
The property is a beautiful old house that’s very clean, full of all amenities you need, and surrounded by nature so it’s very peaceful.
There’s a restaurant downstairs as well which serve local delicious food.
Free car park as well.
We had a fantastic stay at Casa Chicano. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. Diego who was our host, was present and very responsive to our every need. He was also very gracious with his time giving us a very complete run down of how to visit Cinque Terre and surrounding villages whether by car train or ferry as appropriate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The owner and the facility were fantastic! I would 100% recommend it, but only if you travel by car, the road is a little challenging!

To echo all the other comments - Diego is a wonderful host. Very welcoming and friendly, and very helpful with giving useful information and advice about the surrounding area. The room was lovely and spacious with a private terrace, and was spotlessly clean. The setting requires you to have a car to get to it, but it is so tranquil and peaceful - we loved listening to the birds singing in the morning over a cup of coffee.
