The location is great. No need to move the car to get to the city. Calm neighborhood, I didn't have to stress about the car parking in the street. Spacious apartment, high ceilings, good shading, not susceptible to heating up during the day (it was really hot outside all week, 37C). Well equipped kitchen. We could even do our laundry. It was great for resting a couple of hours during the day or cooking occasionally. Wifi is stable, our 3 adolescent kids appreciated it. There's one room with a twin bed and another one with 3 separate beds. Plus a kitchen large enough for the 5 of us and also a laundry room.
The host was very sweet and helpful. Gave us great tip on exploring the city and restaurants. Quite a great day well spent in Florence. only draw back i would say its quite an old building
