We had a great stay! We arrived before check in and were able to lounge at the rooftop pool and have a drink and then were let into our room early. The room was bigger than expected and had good space to hang our clothes and store our small suitcases below & out of the way. We did request a fan which was promptly delivered and had a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable but quite firm, and pillows soft. We used the pool/rooftop three of our four days and enjoyed it. The room was clean and well set up. And the walk into city centre and most activities was about 25 minutes and very easy. We didn’t use them, but there are lots of inside spaces that you could lounge or work.
The staff was amazing. Dinning area was very clean atmosphere was very nice and the Food was outstanding.
Staff were very friendly, location was perfect, loved the rooftop pool , very clean and great amenities, laundry was free of charge. Will stay again / recommend for sure
Besides the AC, nearly everything else about the room we stayed in was excellent. The amenities - the rooftop pool with stunning city views (including the main cathedral), the games room, the complimentary laundry, the piano, and the outdoor bar - were all good.
They were very friendly and accommodating. The extras like the roof top pool, swings and photo booth made it too notch
