Anna Marie the receptionist was amazingly helpful advising, giving information and called a taxi for our trip to Vulcano, which she helped us organise. The hotel is clean, stunning view of the port from the restaurant and one of the pools. Breakfast was very good, would definitely stay again. Looked after our bags and let us leave our car at the hotel all day on the day we checked out. Great hotel all round would certainly stay again

We loved everything! The staff is nice, food is delicious, the rooms are HUGE. And the view is insane. Would recommend!

We liked everyhing, the staff was nice, the breakfast is delicious. Our room was HUGE compared to other hotel rooms. We loved our terrace especially with the sea view. We rebooked it and canceled our other hotel this shows how much we loved it!

You can not fault this view! Best ever! Breakfast very good too
