Hotel Medici located one block from the sea-walk and 10" walk from fast or slow boat station for the islands. Lovely little church across the street. Very quiet and clean street. Mrs. Cinzia and her son Antonio are the best. Always available to help with a smile..Highly recommended family run hotel. The room was spotless. Breakfast was satisfying and varied. Make sure you call in advance to arrange a time for your arrival. On a side note...we found this very great place to have your evening meals....It is a small family run grocery store...they will cook whatever meals you want...very tasty meats...and pasta dishes as well.....we had a nice meat dinner with salad and soda drinks for only 17 euros total for the both of Appetito....You are welcome.

Antonio at the front desk was extremely helpful finding another room after the first one's mini bar didn't work. He also kindly put my tiny gel packs I need for my medicine in the kitchen freezer. The breakfast the first morning was exceptional with the young barista busy and engaged at all times. She made sure to keep all the food trays full and everything looked very appealing. The location a block from the water and close to lots of restaurants was perfect.

Although small the room was nice,clean and had all I needed.The staff were super nice and helpful and breakfast was amazing.The situation was also perfect for catching the early morning ferry.Also there was no traffic noise
