The location right in the Piazza Della Signoria was excellent and is central to all of the sites to be seen. It was clean and comfortable. Host was excellent.
Staff was very quick to respond and quite knowledgeable.
Lovely apartment in a historical building and great location with plenty of space, kitchen had the basics for cooking simple meals, the wood showers are great for darkening the room at night, Paolo who checked us in was wonderful!!
The Renaissance palazzo directly at the Piazza the Signoria is amazing. The rooms are majestic and the apartment is nicely refurbished. The staff was very nice and helpful at any time.
Beautiful historic building in the heart of Firenze, walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go.
